My Readologist Data Deletion Policy
Effective Date: 29-09-2025
01. Right to Deletion
Users, or parents on behalf of children under 13, may request deletion of:
- Account details
- Learning records
- Audio recordings from the microphone input
- User-generated content
- Support communications
02. How to Request Deletion

- In-app privacy settings

03. Processing Timeline
- Acknowledge within 10 business days.
- Fulfill within 30–45 days, unless law allows extension.
04. Automatic Deletion
Inactive accounts may be anonymized/deleted after 24 months.
05. Exceptions
We may retain data only if legally required (e.g., tax, fraud prevention, disputes).
06. Confirmation
Users receive confirmation once deletion is complete, or an explanation if data must be retained under law.
07. Updates
We may update this Policy as laws or practices change.
